Before you order

All photos on the site show real, finished products.

The final appearance of the engraving depends on the material, its structure, colour, coating and natural characteristics. As a result, there may be differences in shade, contrast and depth between individual items.

The same design can look different on wood, leather, metal, glass or acrylic.

With natural wood items, variations in texture, grain and colour are possible — this is what makes each piece unique.

Due to these characteristics, we cannot guarantee a fully identical appearance for every item produced.

To achieve the best result, it's important that files provided by the customer are of good quality.

For logos, graphics and lettering we recommend vector files (.SVG, .AI, .EPS or .PDF).

When using photos or images with low resolution, blur or other defects, the final result may be limited by the quality of the file provided.

Lazer.bg is not responsible for defects in the final product resulting from poor-quality or unsuitable files submitted by the customer.

Where a file needs reworking, a logo needs retracing, a vector needs creating, or a completely new design needs to be produced, an additional fee may be charged.

All additional services and costs are agreed in advance and carried out only with the customer's consent.

Where required, we send a visualisation or design for approval before production.

Once the customer confirms, all texts, names, dates, images and other details are considered checked and approved.

Lazer.bg is not responsible for spelling errors, inaccuracies or omissions present in a design that has been approved by the customer before production.

All personalised products are made specifically to the individual specification of the customer.

Under Art. 57(3) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, goods made to individual order or personalised to the customer's requirements are not eligible for return or exchange within the standard 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases.

Please inspect your parcel carefully upon receipt.

If transport damage or a discrepancy with the ordered product is found, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 7 calendar days after receipt.

After this period we cannot guarantee that the complaint will be reviewed.

Lead time depends on the specific product, the complexity of the design and current workload.

An estimated turnaround is confirmed when the order is accepted.
