Lazer.bg is a Bulgarian laser engraving and personalised gifts atelier.

We produce engraved items from wood, leather, metal, glass and acrylic for personal occasions, family celebrations, corporate events and special gifts.

We believe the most valuable gifts carry a personal message. That's why every order is made individually according to the customer's idea and wishes.

Our goal is to create quality, memorable pieces that leave a lasting impression.

Prices listed on the site are indicative unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The final price may depend on:

• the chosen material;

• the dimensions of the item;

• quantity;

• design complexity;

• any file preparation or processing required.

After receiving your enquiry we will prepare an individual quote and confirm the production lead time.

Production begins after order confirmation and, where required, after receipt of an agreed advance payment.

We reserve the right to decline production of content that violates legal regulations, copyrights, trademarks or public morality.

For personalised orders, a visualisation may be sent for approval before production.

Once confirmed by the customer, all texts, names, dates, images, logos and other elements are considered checked and approved.

Lazer.bg is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrectly written names, dates or other information that was approved by the customer before production.

Laser engraving is a process where the final result depends on the characteristics of the specific material.

Different materials can react differently to laser processing, which may lead to differences in colour, contrast and visibility of the engraving.

With natural materials such as wood and leather, every item is unique. Natural variations in texture, grain and tone are possible.

All photos on the site show real, finished products and reflect actual results from our work. However, the final product may have slight visual differences depending on the material and individual characteristics of each order.

For best results we recommend sending vector files in SVG, AI, EPS or PDF format.

When low-quality images, internet photos or unsuitable files are provided, additional processing may be required.

Where reworking, retracing or creating a design from scratch is needed, an additional fee may be charged. The customer is always informed in advance and work begins only after approval.

Lead time depends on the complexity of the design, material availability and current workload.

An estimated turnaround is confirmed individually for each order.

For urgent orders an additional express production fee may apply.

Delivery is carried out by a courier service to an address or courier office.

Delivery timeframes depend on the chosen courier and are not within Lazer.bg's control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

All personalised and made-to-order products are classified as goods produced to the customer's specification.

Under Art. 57(3) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to such products.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, transport damage or a discrepancy from the approved design, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Each case is reviewed individually and where the complaint is well-founded we will offer a replacement, remake or refund.
